What Is The Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Symptoms About It

2018-08-24 09:54

Some patients are always confused to the chronic glomerulonephritis ,then as the kidney doctor i want to share the knowledge about it with you.Refers to diffuse or focal inflammatory changes of bilateral glomerulus caused by various causes and different pathological types. A group of primary glomerular diseases that have hidden clinical onset, long course of disease, and slow development. Therefore, strictly speaking, it is not an independent disease. However, due to the clinical failure to extensively carry out renal biopsy, the clinical classification of this group of chronic glomerulonephritis syndrome is helpful to the formulation of treatment plans and the prevention of disease progression and renal function deterioration in clinical work. Therefore, the section of chronic glomerulonephritis is still reserved.

Chronic nephritis is a group of glomerular diseases with various causes and different pathological forms, and similar clinical manifestations. Their common manifestations are edema, hypertension and abnormal changes in urine.

( 1 ) edema: During the entire course of the disease, most patients will have edema to varying degrees. The degree of edema can be light or heavy. The light person only gets up in the morning and finds swelling around the orbit and face or edema in the ankle of the lower limbs in the afternoon. Severe patients may have systemic edema. However, there are also a few patients who do not show edema throughout the course of the disease and are often overlooked

( 2 ) hypertension: Some patients come to the hospital to seek treatment for hypertension symptoms. Doctors only know that it is the rise in blood pressure caused by chronic nephritis after they have been tested for urine. For patients with chronic nephritis, the occurrence of hypertension is just a matter of time, and the rise in blood pressure can be sustained.

( 3 ) abnormal changes in urine: Urinary abnormalities are almost inevitable in patients with chronic nephritis, including changes in urine volume and microscopic examination. Patients with edema will experience a decrease in urine volume.
